That’s why our department provides you with an assistance that is both rigorous and oriented towards the operational success of your activities.
As advisors, we act both in “hotline” mode for the daily matters of human resources management (hiring, disciplinary, occupational health, remuneration) and in project management mode for areas such as the organization of working time or workforce reductions.
As litigators, we defend companies before all courts dealing with labor & employment matters, whether of collective or individual nature.
Our department provides also employers and senior executives with its experience of negotiated departures to reach creative and securing solutions.
Finally, we set up recurring or tailor-made training to update the knowledge of your HR teams, or support you on a specific need (e.g., implementation of staff representatives, management of risks of harassment, employee mobility).
